Queues of property buyers sell out within hours of new project launches in Dubai

The latest Nshama project was completely sold out within 3 hours of launching!

Queues of the early hours of the morning last weekend were seen outside of the Nshama Townsquare sales centre of potential buyers for over 200 units of townhouses in Nshama’s Town Square. Investors and end-users rushed in in order to grab themselves one of these newly launched properties.

It is believed that more and more people are now looking to invest in real estate or move to Dubai as the tax-free factors play a massive advantage as well as the recent crash of stock markets.

Prices of these in demand townhouses started at AED 1.62 million for a 3 bedroom home of 2,100 sq. ft. and AED 2.1 million for a 4 bedroom property of 2,381 sq. ft. with an expected 10% down-payment in 2024, 40% during construction and 50% on handover.

With newest property launches being sold out within minutes of launching shows the strength of the real estate market and the momentum will only keep on going.
