Traditionally, in Russia, "Dacha" is a summer house or cottage, outside of the city used as a second residence. The idea to call the company Dacha came from the fact that most of the people in Dubai are expats for whom Dubai is a second home.
With a clear focus on providing world-class client services, we managed to retain success during the Dubai property crash and have grown to become a key player in the industry. We continue to expand our business and coverage, with the Dacha team now made up of over 70 real estate professionals. All of them are certified by RERA and excel at building long-lasting relationships with clients, developers and investors to deliver continued success through their in-depth knowledge and expertise.
Founded by Angelika Sheglova in 2004, when the property market in Dubai started to take off.
Having grown into a team of 20 employees, Dacha opened its Jumeirah Beach Road office in 2007.
Alessia Sheglova was appointed as Managing Director to lead Dacha through the fallout of the global financial crisis, following a period of sustained and robust growth in Dubai.
The end-user market became the focus of Dacha. Leasing and property management services were introduced along with newly hired property consultants. The company has seen its 200th property management deal a year after the service was offered.
Dacha moved into the prestigious Marina Plaza - a new home for our growing team of agents, senior managers, and support staff.
