Alessia Sheglova

Alessia Sheglova is the CEO of Dacha Real Estate and one of the most inspiring leaders in Dubai’s property market. She has worked in the industry for over 17 years and has lived in Dubai since she was 7 years old, proudly calling it home.

After studying at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, Alessia returned to Dubai to join the family business. Since then, she has helped grow Dacha into one of the city’s top real estate companies. From guiding the company through tough times after the 2008 recession to opening multiple offices and building a team of over 150 people, Alessia has played a key role in every step of the company’s journey.

As CEO, Alessia leads the entire team, trains and supports brokers, and looks after the company’s marketing and business growth. She is passionate about helping others succeed and believes in leading by example.

Alessia is also very active on social media, where she shares tips about Dubai real estate and motivates others through her story. With over 200,000 followers on Instagram, she has become a trusted voice in the industry.
