Alessia Sheglova

Alessia has been with Dacha for over 13 years, joining the family business back in 2008. She spent most of her life in Dubai since she has moved to the country at the young age of 7 and considers Dubai her home. Alessia has received her education at The McGill University in Montreal, Canada before taking over the day-to-day operations of the company as its Managing Director.

Over the years she has gained in-depth experience in all sectors of the real estate industry, such as leasing, sales, property management and government relations. At the present she is in charge of the whole team, coaching and developing real estate brokers as well as overseeing business development and marketing for the company.

She has proven her methods effective by successfully helping the company overcome the post-recession difficulties in 2008, and growing the size of the team to almost 100 employees. She also led the opening of the second branch of the office, while being a mother to her 5 year old son.
