AED 6.3 billion worth of real estate property transactions were sold in Dubai during the week ending 22 April

225 plots of land were sold valued at AED 1.12 billion and 1,436 apartments and villas valued at AED 3.2 billion.

The top transactions were a land sale in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid (Dubai Hills Estate) valued at AED 96 million, and another plot for the value of AED 52.5 million on Palm Jumeirah.

Al Hebiah Fifth (Damac Lagoons) registered the most transactions with 114 sales of the value of AED 254.57 million, followed by Jabal Ali First (Jabal Ali Village) with 33 sales transactions of the value of AED 143.55 million and Wadi Al Safa 5 (Dubailand) with 11 sales transactions valued at AED 49 million.

For apartments, the top 3 sales valued at AED 463 million were in Dubai Marina. Downtown Dubai, valued at AED 354 million and Palm Jumeirah valued at AED 284 million.

Mortgaged properties for the week totaled valued at AED 1.74 billion, with the highest being a plot in Nad Al Shiba Villas, mortgaged for AED 400 million.
